Oct. 18, 2021 — Stow, Ohio — Allie Hartfelder has been named vice president of human resources at ACRT Services. Hartfelder joined our organization in 2019 after spending more than a decade at JOANN Stores, LLC, where she served in several capacities, from senior organizational development specialist to director of human resources.
She most recently served as ACRT Services’ director of human resources. During her two-year tenure as director, Hartfelder has led several initiatives, including the implementation of the organization’s enterprise management platform, providing process improvement, automating workflow, and creating transparency throughout the ACRT Services family of companies.
“Allie has built a world-class human resource department,” said ACRT Services CFO Brad Schroeder.
Hartfelder has been instrumental in directing recruiting and retention strategies managing benefits, significantly reducing manual processes through the human resources information systems function, building learning and development, and partnering throughout our organization including the new human resources business partner roles.
In her new role, Hartfelder will continue to focus on building the human resources team’s skillsets to keep pace with our organization’s ongoing growth and diversification goals. She also intends to place an evolving focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts along with workforce planning, employee development, leadership development, and improving the overall employee experience throughout the ACRT Services family of companies.

Hartfelder earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Akron and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
