WE ARE AN EMPLOYEE-OWNED ORGANIZATION
In 2003, we established an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) — giving our employees the ability to invest in their future beyond traditional retirement programs like a 401(k). Available to all ACRT Services employees at no cost, our ESOP program provides all eligible employees the opportunity to benefit from the success of our organization.
As employees work for ACRT Services or a subsidiary, over time they earn more and more shares, which fully vests after several years of employment. This beneficial program supplements additional retirement plans like 401(k)s, IRAs, etc. and gives our employees an additional retirement benefit.
