Our ESOP is one of the most valuable benefits available to our employees. Available at no cost to every employee across all our brands, our ESOP enables employees to become owners and receive company stock after one year.
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
In addition to competitive wages, our benefits are available for full-time employees who have completed a 90-day orientation period. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, group life insurance, optional life insurance, short- and long-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k). Employees can enroll in additional benefit programs during open enrollment periods.
ISA CERTIFICATIONS AND UAA MEMBERSHIPS
Assistance and training are available for all ACRT employees to earn International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certificates, including ISA Certified Arborist and ISA Utility Specialist. All successfully passed certification fees are reimbursed 100 percent. Additionally, annual UAA memberships are provided free of charge, which includes the UAA Newsline, CEU opportunities, discounts on industry events, networking opportunities, professional development, and more.
FIELD EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
As one of the benefits of working in one of our best outdoor jobs, employees working in the field receive a company vehicle and gas card for work-related and commuting purposes. Field employees also participate in a boot allowance program to ensure comfort and protection while working in the field.

DEVELOPMENT AND RECOGNITION OPPORTUNITIES
We hold an annual honors program in which our leadership invites our top front-line talent to our headquarters for a week of training and development. Participants set out on a developmental track to gain invaluable experience and industry education while taking the first steps in becoming future leaders of ACRT. We also hold a leadership boot camp for the best of the best to further develop their leadership track in this elite developmental training. Partnered with a university, this extensive curriculum provides skills to use throughout a lifetime.
ACRT SERVICES BOARD OF DIRECTORS EMPLOYEE SEAT
Employees are encouraged to run for a two-year term to be on the ACRT board of directors, providing a unique perspective of our company. The board is made up of executives and leaders inside and outside of the utility services industry.
We value our employees and their contributions to our company. At the end of every year, we send a gift to each employee to thank them for their hard work. Previous gifts have included a rain jacket, stainless steel canteens, and Bluetooth speakers.
