HOW WE HIRE AT ACRT SERVICES

At ACRT Services and our family of companies, people are our most important asset. As one of our employees, you receive the independence, autonomy, and support you need to do your job well and have a great time doing it. As such, we ensure that every employee has a positive onboarding experience from the very first moment they speak with us. Here’s how the process works.

  • We’ll reach out to discuss the position with you if we feel you’re a fit. You can also log in to check the status of your application at any time.
Things to Consider When Applying
  • Make sure you read the entire job description.
  • Which skills do you have that align with the position?
  • Is this position a good fit for your experience, skills, and goals?
  • Have you listed all of your skills/education, even if you don’t think they’re relevant?

Most likely your first interview will take place over the phone or Skype, so keep that in mind as you apply. With that being said, don’t be nervous! People who work for us tend to be relaxed, kind professionals that just want to have a great conversation. Be ready to talk about your related experience (look at the job description to match yourself up). It’s also a great help to do research on the company and the related experience needed. You should also come in with great questions about the company. This is your chance to talk about not only why you’re a great fit for us, but also why we’re a great fit for you. We’re all about making sure you’re as happy with us as we are with you. We’re trying to build a family that can rely on each other.

Due to the large volume of applicants we receive, it’s not always possible to reach out to every candidate. Just know that if you received the confirmation of application, we will definitely be reviewing you. Most of our communication comes when we contact applicants for interviews or if the position is filled.
