Bob Urban Steps into New Role at ACRT Services

Jan. 26, 2026 — Stow, Ohio — With more than 30 years of experience in the vegetation management industry, Bob Urban is stepping into a new role on ACRT Services’ sales team as a senior account manager, bringing an exceptional depth of knowledge and expertise.

In this position, he will focus on building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention with clients.

Urban is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Utility Arborist and Utility Specialist, and in 2021, received the Utility Arborist Association’s Will Nutter Silver Shield Award, honoring individuals on the front lines of advancing safety in the industry.

As a senior account manager, Urban will lead initiatives to:

• Lead customer renewal and retention initiatives, serving as the primary driver of revenue defense, contract alignment, and long-term client partnerships.
• Champion customer success and value delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure strong onboarding, measurable ROI, and ongoing client satisfaction.
• Drive account growth and expansion strategies, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, expand service adoption, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and client advocacy, partnering across teams to align delivery with customer goals while elevating customer stories, referrals, and insights.
