Format Your Resume Appropriately
There are several different ways that you can format your resume, but the most popular and concise is usually chronological. Your work experience would in order beginning with your most recent employer followed by your education, certifications, or other skills that you wish to highlight.

Highlight Your Contact Information
Make sure that your current contact information (name, phone number, email address, and location) is at the top of your resume.

Detail Your Work Experience
Describe your job duties at each previous employer in detail. Include as many measurable items as you can! This could be something like “inspected 15 trees per day,” “performed maintenance on trees, such as pruning,” or “surveyed and documented trees.”

Skills and Education
Make sure that you have an up-to-date skills and education section. Include applicable skills, certifications, and education in this area.
