Amanda Strickler Promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Strickler to director of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) at ACRT Services.

In her new role, Strickler will focus on budgeting and collaborating with the various teams and departments across our family of companies to plan for and assist with strategic organic and inorganic growth models, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) sustainability, price modeling, along with mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Strickler will now oversee our organization’s fleet team.

Strickler has been with ACRT Services since 2021 and most recently served as the organization’s financial planning and analysis manager.

“Amanda has been instrumental in helping advance ACRT Services’ budgeting and forecasting program,” shared ACRT Services Chief Financial Officer Brad Schroeder. “Her focus on enhancing planning and strategy tools to enable rapid responses has been leveraged significantly this past year and is greatly appreciated.”

Outside of work, Strickler volunteers with the Revere Soccer Club and the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. She’s also a member of Summa Health’s Circle of Women’s Health Philanthropists and serves as a coach for Girls on the Run, a national non-profit organization, that designs programming that strengthens third- to eighth-grade girls’ social, emotional, physical, and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences.

Strickler holds both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Akron.
