At ACRT Services, we take safety seriously. Every service provided through our organization is backed by an efficient, well-planned strategy for utility safety. At the end of the day, we want everyone involved in a project to make it home safely. We accomplish this through constant, in-depth training and safety reminders, rewarding our employees for following safety best practices, and equipping our field employees with the proper safety tools and equipment.
Our team cannot apply safety principles without first knowing them. That’s why we train every employee on safety best practices from the moment they start with our company. It’s an investment of time and energy that is always worth the effort. Additionally, we have developed an eight-point SAFE program that employees must follow to ensure their safety.
This emphasis on safety is nothing new, however. Founding member, Dick Abbott, co-chaired the committee that developed ANSI Z133 Tree Trimming Safety Standards — guidelines that our industry and organization still apply each and every day. These guidelines, along with Dick’s involvement, have set a foundation for our continued focus on safety as we move forward into the future.
