Christa Arite Named as Director of Corporate Strategy
June 13, 2023 — Stow, Ohio — We’re excited to introduce ACRT Services’ first director of corporate strategy, Christa Arite, who brings experience in project management, facilitation, change management, and team development in the areas of operations management and client services.
In this new role, Arite will work closely with ACRT Services CEO Michael Weidner, senior leadership, business partners, and operations leaders on critical topics, and growth strategy. She will lead group discussions and debate across all departments and business partners to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions. Arite will also help evaluate the capabilities that are needed to manage the complexity, cost, and benefits of top strategic initiatives. In addition, she will enlist active support from leadership, communicate progress, and be closely involved in the project scope of established goals, objectives, team support, deliverables, budgeting, scheduling, and risks.
“Since I joined ACRT Services, I have been enjoying getting to know the organization and all the great people who work here,” shared Arite. “I have been digging into some of our other strategic initiatives to facilitate in transitioning them from ideation/concepts to reality. As a constantly growing and changing organization, I believe it is important to see our work progressing through the lens of our strategic plan to ensure the responsible use of time, resources, and talent we have.”

She has a number of certifications, including Change Management Certification from Acuity Institute, Certified ScrumMaster by Scrum Alliance, FoCuSeD™ Facilitator, and Organizational Facilitational from DePaul University. She is also a candidate for the Certified Professional Facilitator and Certified ToP Facilitator credentials.
Arite also volunteers her time with several organizations, serving as the president of the International Association of Facilitators, Chicago Chapter, and as a member of the Junior League of Cleveland.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where she also earned certificates in sales and Japanese language.
