ACRT Services Welcomes Scott Blair as New Southeast Business Development Manager

ACRT Services is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Blair as the company’s new business development manager for the Southeast region. Based in Georgia, Blair will support the organization’s continued growth by strengthening client relationships, expanding regional partnerships, and advancing solutions that promote safe, reliable utility operations.

Blair brings a strong background in utility vegetation management and has held a variety of leadership roles across the industry. He began his career as a utility forester supporting capital transmission projects in North Carolina before advancing to an account manager position. In that role, he supervised teams of utility foresters, safety specialists, and project managers while overseeing multiple UVM contracts throughout the Southeast. His experience managing complex, large-scale utility programs positions him well to contribute to ACRT Services’ mission to engage the best people and make them better to foster resiliency, environmental stewardship, compliance, stakeholder partnerships, and safer communities.

Blair holds both a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia Southern University. He also maintains the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ) and is an ISA Certified Arborist.

“Scott’s combination of hands-on industry experience and proven leadership makes him a tremendous asset to ACRT Services,” said Brad Dawson, head of sales at ACRT Services. “His understanding of the challenges utilities face in the Southeast and his commitment to building long-term partnerships will help us continue delivering high-value solutions to our customers.”

ACRT Services is excited to welcome Scott Blair to the team and looks forward to the contributions he will make as he supports clients and communities across the Southeast.
