ACRT Services Welcomes New Business Development Managers
June 28, 2022 — Stow, Ohio — We’re excited to introduce three new business development managers to ACRT Services and our family of companies. In their new roles, Flor Martinez, Kashmira Mistry, and Ryan Meccage will work to exceed client expectations and satisfaction by designing plans and developing solutions that best fit the individual needs of each customer.
Flor Martinez
Flor Martinez is a business development manager at ACRT Services. She has robust business and marketing experience in higher education, health care, and more. Martinez’s skillfulness to connect with clients and her tenacity is what has made her successful in her sales career.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Psychology, specializing in conflict resolution and mediation from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with ACRT Services! I am excited to learn from the team to determine the best ways I can support our partners across the industry,” shared Martinez.
She will cover the Central region of the United States.
Kashmira Mistry
Kashmira Mistry is a business development manager at ACRT Services. She brings fifteen years of global experience and a wealth of knowledge in sales, marketing, event planning, business development, and more. Mistry has established a reputation for building long-lasting relationships with her customers through excellent customer service and communication. Her multicultural work experience spanning three continents, speaking five languages, and having a master’s degree in clinical psychology have helped her to find success in sales.
Mistry holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Pune in Pune, India. Additionally, she earned a post-graduate diploma in counseling psychology from St. Xavier’s Institute of Education in Mumbai, India.
“I’m eager to connect with current and new customers to continue learning about our industry,” said Mistry.
She will serve the Midwest region of the United States.
Ryan Meccage
Ryan Meccage is a business development manager at ACRT Services. He has 17 years of industry-related experience and is a detail-oriented, motivated professional with a background in utility forestry, rangeland management, business operations, sales, and data collection systems. Most recently, Meccage served as a utility forester at ACRT where he performed identification, inspection, and evaluation of trees; planned, directed, and coordinated the activities for tree clearance crews; and served as a liaison between clients, tree crews, and customers.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Rangeland Science from Montana State University in Bozeman, Mont.
“I’m excited to take on a new role within our organization and use my forestry knowledge to build relationships with clients throughout the industry” shared Meccage.
He will serve the Northeast region of the United States.

Martinez, Mistry, and Meccage will join the ACRT Services business development team led by Brian Astman, director of business development. The ACRT Services business development team now includes Bob Urban who serves the Western region of the United States, Maegan Mullinax who serves the Southern region, as well as David Mack and Bill Parker who primarily specialize in metering services across the entire United States.
