Jan. 5, 2022 — Stow, Ohio — We’re pleased to announce Brian Astman has been named as ACRT Services’ director of business development.
In his new role, Astman will assist ACRT Services’ business development managers to implement strategies, identify new areas of revenue, and assess customers’ needs.
Astman brings a range of experience from the consumer goods industry to the ACRT Services family of companies. Most recently, he served as director of pet products at The Great States Corporations DBA American Lawn Mower Co.
As a sales manager, Astman has experience managing corporate accounts on a national level, including Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and Petco.
“I look forward to approaching this new role with a fresh set of eyes,” said Astman. “It’s exciting to immerse myself in a completely new industry with an outsider’s view to help grow our business.”
Astman is a Northeast Ohio native and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Communication from the University of Akron and an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Cleveland State University.
“Brian has an expansive national sales background and we’re excited for him to apply that knowledge to help expand our revenue streams,” said John Wasmer, EVP of Revenue of ACRT Services.
