ACRT Services Introduces Metering Services Business Development Manager

Nov. 2, 2021 – Stow, Ohio – We’re proud to introduce William “Bill” Parker as ACRT Services’ newest business development manager. Parker will work extensively with metering services.

In his new role, Parker will work to exceed Bermex client expectations and satisfaction by designing plans and solutions that best fit the challenges customers face.

Parker joins the ACRT Services family of companies with more than three decades of experience in the utility distribution operation industry.
Parker’s industry experience includes flow measurement, data acquisition for reporting water purchases and sales, Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) and Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), and delivering cost-effective solutions to customers.

“I have developed and fostered close relationships with numerous customers across the country over the last thirty years and look forward to continuing to build those relationships in my new role,” said Parker. “I enjoy listening to customers’ unique issues to tailor a solution that fits their individual needs.”
Parker is a member of several organizations, including the American Water Works Association, numerous state-level rural water associations, and municipal leagues.
