Most likely your first interview will take place over the phone or Skype, so keep that in mind as you apply. With that being said, don’t be nervous! People who work for us tend to be relaxed, kind professionals that just want to have a great conversation. Be ready to talk about your related experience (look at the job description to match yourself up). It’s also a great help to do research on the company and the related experience needed. You should also come in with great questions about the company. This is your chance to talk about not only why you’re a great fit for us, but also why we’re a great fit for you. We’re all about making sure you’re as happy with us as we are with you. We’re trying to build a family that can rely on each other.
Due to the large volume of applicants we receive, it’s not always possible to reach out to every candidate. Just know that if you received the confirmation of application, we will definitely be reviewing you. Most of our communication comes when we contact applicants for interviews or if the position is filled. Our recruiters and hiring managers are constantly updating statuses in our internal system, so we encourage you to log in to your candidate profile to see your current application status.
