ACRT Services Welcomes Michael Hedrick as Senior Director of IT

ACRT Services is pleased to announce that Michael Hedrick has joined the organization as Senior Director of Information Technology.

In his role as Senior Director of IT, Hedrick will lead the company’s IT team, help shape and advance its technology strategy, and ensure systems and infrastructure continue to effectively support business operations and innovation.

He brings nearly 20 years of IT leadership experience, and most recently served as Director of IT Enterprise Technology at FirstEnergy, a $15.1 billion regulated utility. Throughout his career, Hedrick has led large-scale initiatives across cloud infrastructure, ERP modernization, artificial intelligence strategy, and cybersecurity — experience that closely aligns with ACRT Services’ strategic direction and continued growth.

Hedrick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Bluffton University.
