Over the past year, Latta has played a key role in launching our account manager model, helped advance strategic planning efforts, and has become an important partner to leadership, sales, operations, and field teams.
Throughout his time with us, Latta has taken the time to learn our industry, engage with employees across the organization, and help shape messaging that reflects both who we are today and where we are headed. As we continue to align our brand with our mission, his leadership will be key to elevating our voice across the industries our family of companies serves.

Latta brings more than 30 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated communications, digital-first transformation, and team leadership. Prior to joining ACRT Services, he worked with major brands including Dow, Ford, Cadillac, and The J.M. Smucker Company, guiding marketing and communications initiatives across diverse industries and markets. His expertise is matched by a grounded understanding of our business and a strong commitment to our values.
Latta holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and an MBA, both from Michigan State University.
