ACRT Services Names Brad Dawson as Head of Sales

June 5, 2025 — Stow, Ohio — We are pleased to announce that Brad Dawson has joined the organization as head of sales. A seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience, Dawson brings a strong record of building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and driving strategic growth across complex sales organizations.

In his new role, Dawson will oversee sales strategy and execution across ACRT Services and its family of companies, with a focus on expanding customer relationships, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s long-term growth initiatives.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University and is known for his systems-focused, customer-centric approach to leadership. A hands-on and motivational manager, Dawson is passionate about attracting top talent, strengthening team culture, and aligning organizational strategy with customer success.

Dawson joins ACRT Services after a long and successful tenure at TruGreen, a national residential and commercial lawn care company, where he advanced through the company’s ranks and most recently served as market general manager. In that role, he led large-scale teams across all facets of sales, operations, and administration.
